Florida Marriage License information!

The Bride and Groom must apply together in person to any Florida Court House to apply for the Marriage License.
Must be 18 years old
Both must provide a State issued photo ID or passport and provide their social security number or Alien Registration number.

If either party was previously married and divorced, the date of the divorce will be required. If the date of the divorce was within the thirty days prior to the new application for a marriage license, a certified copy of the recorded final order will be required.
 
The fee is $86.00 
Marriage Licenses issued by the Clerk are valid for 60 days.

FL Residents have a 3 day waiting period, unless they was completed Premarital Preparation Course.

A Florida Marriage License allows a couple to get Married anywhere in Florida, regardless of the County the License was purchased from.

The final recorded Wedding license comes to you from Tallahassee and takes up to 4 wks and will be mailed to your home.
 
Non -Florida Residents & International Visa guest can apply for the marriage license and get married the same day, NO Waiting Period is required! (a valid passport is required)
 
International Visa Guest: Depending on your Counties requirements, you may need an Apostle.
